There is a charge of £15 for Branch Members (inclusive of lunch & arrival refreshments) which is payable in advance. Non Branch members may attend if there is space, at a cost of £25.

The committee reserves the right to ask any delegate to leave if their attendance contribution is not paid prior to commencement of the meeting at 10.30am.
