WINTER BRANCH MEETING and AGM
TO BE HELD AT DEAN PARK GOLF CLUB, NEWBURY, RG20 8JP
ON TUESDAY 22nd JANUARY 2019.

10.00 – 10.25 Arrival/coffee/tea and bacon rolls
10.25 – 10.30 Welcome Address by Phil Monger, Southern Branch Chairman.
10.30 – 11.00 AGM – reports to be forwarded by email.
11.00 – 11.30 Risk Assessments for Site Planning & Design - Barry Wyeth, Wyeth Project Services Ltd.
11.30 – 12.15 Risk Assessments During Site Construction - Dan Prothero, Wyeth Project Services Ltd.
12.15 – 12.30 PELG Update – Ray Blake.
12.30 – 13.30 Lunch
13.30 – 14.15 EV Charging On Forecourts in Practice – Richard Rushin, Instavolt.
14.15 – 14.45 Round up and close of meeting.
As this is the AGM there is no cost for this meeting for Southern Branch Members, but a charge of £25 for non Branch Members (inclusive of lunch & arrival refreshments) is payable in advance.
The committee reserves the right to ask any delegate to leave, if their attendance contribution is not paid prior to the Chairman’s address.
We can now accept payment by BACS as well as Cheque, for details please contact me.
