SCOTTISH BRANCH AGM
28th July    

Dear Scottish branch Member,

All members of the Scottish Branch are invited to the AGM which will be held by Zoom video link at 1pm on 28th July 2021.

Joining instructions will be sent to you nearer to the event.

All individual members and corporate representatives of the branch are entitled to nominate one member to the following roles;
•    Chairman,

•    Vice Chairman,

•    Honorary Secretary,

•    Honorary Treasurer

•    3 Committee members

The position of Branch Representative on the Council of the Association is restricted to individual members in accordance with the Branch Rules.

All current committee members will resign and submit themselves for re-election on the day of the AGM.

All nominations should be submitted by text to the Chairman, Andy King [email protected] (mobile 07799152530) no later than 14 days before the AGM.

Where more than one member is proposed for a particular position, a ballot of the members will decide who should be elected.
